Term of Office

Board members serve a four-year term and are elected by the General Assembly of members as per Nepal's Cooperative Act 2074.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM is held annually where members review financial reports, elect board members, and participate in key governance decisions.

Transparency & Reporting

Financial statements and board meeting minutes are available to all members as per cooperative transparency obligations.
